The only three things that actually change between tiers.

Every client gets the same build quality. What changes is the relationship after launch — who's paying for renewals, who's making updates, and how involved you want to be.

Axis 01

Who owns it?

StarterYou do. Registered in your name from day one.
StandardYou do. Same as Starter.
ManagedYou do. Same as Starter and Standard. This never changes.
Axis 02

Who pays the bills?

StarterYour card is on file for domain and hosting from day one.
StandardYour card covers domain, hosting, and Google Workspace.
ManagedOur card. You pay us a flat monthly fee and never see a renewal bill.
Axis 03

Who handles updates?

StarterYou do. Update text and photos yourself through the simple CMS.
StandardYou do. Same CMS access as Starter.
ManagedWe do. Send us what you want changed — unlimited, any time.

Questions about pricing.

The rest of the questions — ownership, timeline, technical stuff — live on the full FAQ page.

When do I pay, and how?

100% up front, before any work starts. We accept ACH bank transfer or credit card only. Once payment clears, we kick off. You'll get a clean invoice with a payment link — no surprises, no hidden fees.

What changes when I go from Managed to owning it myself?

Just the billing card. We swap our card for yours on the domain registrar, hosting, and Google Workspace — then hand over CMS credentials. No transfer fee, no handover fee, no gotchas. The accounts were already in your name.

Can I cancel Managed at any time?

After the 6-month minimum, yes — with 30 days notice. No cancellation fee. We run the card-swap and credential handover in that 30-day window, and your site keeps running without interruption.

What if I need something custom?

If your business doesn't fit neatly into one of these three tiers — bigger site, integration, unusual feature, tight timeline — we'll quote it directly on the first call. Most custom projects still land somewhere between Starter and Managed in total cost.

Not sure which tier is right?

Most people aren't, on their first call. Tell us about your business and we'll tell you which option fits — honestly, even if it means recommending Starter when you thought you needed Managed.
